What is your privacy policy?

We cherish your privacy! We are committed to securing and protecting your information responsibly, and we will never share any of your information with anyone else. But you may, of course, unsubscribe at any time. We do not spam, and we will never share your email address with anyone else.

What methods of payment can I use on your website?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Is my credit card information safe?

We don’t store any of your credit card information on this site; that’s handled by our payment processor. We will never share your personal information with anyone else. (See our Privacy Policy for more information.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class International, if under 4 lbs., and Priority International for orders over 4 lbs. Please send us an email if you have questions, or would prefer an order be shipped via Priority Mail International. Please note: once the package leaves the United States, we are unable to track it. Delivery time varies from 1-4 weeks. If you are an international retailer or distributor interested in a wholesale account or distribution, please fill out our wholesale application.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

What are my options for shipping?

Can I track my order?

If you select USPS Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. USPS 1st Class packages cannot be tracked.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our goal is to ship your package within 24-36 hours of receiving your order. Transit time will depend on the selection you make during checkout.

How will I know when my products have shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable) and shipping date. If you do not get it, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we’ll resend it to you.

Help! My order never arrived!

Refer to your tracking number in the order confirmation email. If the tracking information doesn’t help, send us an email and provide your order number so we can look into it for you.
